- Proof of current address
This information is required the first time you visit Community Care (and is updated yearly). Upon each visit, you must always provide ID with proof of address. Please notify Community Care promptly of any changes.

Please note, since COVID-19, service delivery has changed. All interaction is conducted at our outdoor client service station. We continue to provide emergency food security.
Food Security:
Distribution is between 9am to Noon – 1pm to 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and extenuating circumstances).
We provide emergency bags of food through our client service station. Identification is required. We will do our best to accomodate your needs. Please keep in mind that quantities may vary and if you don’t receive an item, we may not have it in stock.
Clothing Program:
If you are in need of clothing, Please call 905-685-1349 to place a clothing order. We are not able to offer indoor shop selection; items will be selected and bagged by staff. Everything has been washed. Kindly ensure as much detail in regards to size and item needs is provided. Pick up will be arranged for a designated time frame.

Niagara Nutrition Partners
Niagara Nutrition Partners is a Region-wide nutrition program providing food support to elementary and secondary schools, as well as community based programs. NNP is able to offer nutritional programs to schools across Niagara thanks to local fundraising efforts and provincial grants.
To Donate Food, Clothing & Household Items
FOOD DONATIONS:
Accepted at the agency during business hours 8:30 – 4:00 Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and extenuating circumstances). Food donation barrels are in most local grocery stores for your convenience.
HOUSEHOLD GOODS:
Clothing and household item donations are still on hold. We are currently only able to accept clean linens, towels, and pots and pans. Thank you for your understanding.

We assist those who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, are recieving government assistance, or are facing eviction.

Health Support
Dental, vision care & medical supports are often available based on funding. Inquire about eligibility.

Family Support
From newborns & new parents to seniors, we have programs to assist with essentials for everyone in our community.
