
How to access services:
Please visit our location in your city of residence to register.
Kindly provide the following for registration:
- Identification for ALL family members
- Proof of income and expenditures (rent/mortgage)
- Proof of current address
This information is only required the first time you visit Community Care. After your initial visit, you will only need to provide ID with proof of address. Please notify Community Care of any changes to your contact details.

Food Security:
In-person full shops of our food room take place monthly for our registered clients 9am-3pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Our food room offers a variety of nutricious options for our clients including meal kits (pre-shopped bags including recipes and ingredients), hygiene products, diapers and emergency bags of food. Identification is not required for emergency food supplies.
Clothing Program:
Our St. Catharines location offers an indoor shop selection to our registered clients.

Niagara Nutrition Partners
Niagara Nutrition Partners is a Region-wide nutrition program providing food support to elementary and secondary schools, as well as community based programs. NNP is able to offer nutritional programs to schools across Niagara thanks to local fundraising efforts and provincial grants.
