These bundles include handcrafted items donated by faith groups throughout the community, along with essential baby supplies supported by Mary McKay’s Baby Brigade like diapers, onesies and toiletries to help parents get started.

Seniors Health & Well-Being Fund
Community Care administers this fund (also known as the Clara Crawford Fund) to support seniors with glasses, hearing aids, prescriptions and other supports related to overall health and well being. The amount allocated per client is up to $500.

Canadian Tire Jump Start
A community-based charitable program from the Canadian Tire Foundation. The program is offered to children from low-income families and it creates opportunities for children to participate in organized sports or recreational activities such as hockey, soccer or swimming.
Participation in this program and activities help children build self-esteem while improving social skills, concentration and character.
Community Care works to identify families for St. Catharines and Thorold that will benefit from the Canadian Tire Jump Start Program and is pleased to act as a local liaison in connecting families to this fine foundation.

Birthday Program
This program supports families with children up to 10 years of age by providing them with a gift to open and something special to make their day memorable. To confirm eligibility and to apply for this program, please contact us.
