EVERY client is interviewed, assessed and registered before accessing services

1 can of donated food is one can of food we did not have the day before

times per year, or every other month, a client may access 3-5 days worth of food

13 percent of the population of St. Catharines will access our food services

40 community garden plots were tended by 65 adults and 34 children

40 individuals are assisted by our Intensive Case Facilitator every month

51 percent of all clients that are served at the ID clinic are children and youth

78  youth, 16-24 years of age, were helped through Housing Help per month. They were either homeless or at imminent risk of being homeless. 51% were female,

715 households were assisted through the Utilities program preventing disconnection or reconnecting services

1,100 individuals had ID replaced or obtained through our Identification Clinic

1,200 children received back to school support through Snacks ‘n Sneakers Program

1,850 households access food security each month

3,750 phone calls were received seeking assistance with utilities

4,000pounds of food is distributed daily, 5 days a week

11,200 individuals registered for Christmas-this is outside food and shelter services

17,000 students are fed each school day through Niagara Nutrition Partners throughout the Niagara Region

17, 261 phone calls were received by Housing Help seeking access to shelter needs
